I resumed my career in Real Estate upon retiring as Law Enforcement Executive  serving the Central Florida area for over 22 years. My broad knowledge of the community, strong communication skills, and negotiating skills has been a real asset for my real estate clients.
 
I have been a licensed Realtor in Florida since 2005. I was previously licensed in New York State selling property in Marco Island, Florida. I attended advanced classes at the Graduate Realtor Institute and received the prestigious GRI designation. Additionally I hold the SRES Designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GREEN designation,  Luxury Home Specialist, National Relocation specialist, and I am an active member of Florida Association of Realtors,  National Association of Realtors, and the Osceola Board of Realtors. 

I specialize in the sale of Luxury Homes, Vacation and Retirement communities, Green communities, Traditional Neighborhoods, Bank owned properties and Negotiating Short Sales and Property Management.
